What’s Your New Years Resolutions?

Every year I make some kind of New Years resolutions.  Usually it has something to do with my weight.  This year is no different only though this time I wrote specific things I can do to help get toward my goal.  Eat an apple a day, 30 minutes of exercise daily, drink more water, and think before eating are all targeted things I need to do to help me.  I think this is more reasonable than to just say “I’m gonna lose 25 pounds”.
